September 25, 2013 Hugh Wolff, Stanford and Norma Jean Calderwood Director of Orchestras and the NEC Philharmonia kicked off the New England Conservatory's Music: Truth to Power festival with a concert highlighted by the North American premiere of Tan Dun's Concerto for Orchestra (Marco Polo)(2012).
