Description on Youtube:
--------------- The German-born Johann Baptist Cramer (1771-1858), a star pupil of Clementi, lived and worked mainly in England from 1800, and became active as a music publisher as well as pianist and composer. He is best known today for his set of 84 piano studies were published in two sets of 42, in 1804 and 1810. I'm not sure of the date of this piece - literally 'the little nothing' - which shares its title with a much better-known piece by Couperin.
